Q. How many photo shoots have you done?
A. Since we moved to Lethbridge and rebranded in 2015, MPP has done over 500 photo shoots, as of June 2019. Prior to that, we had another 350 under another name / focus.
Q. Are you able to provide multiple photographers?
A. Yes. We can provide up to 3 photographers if the event requires it.
Q. Are you able to provide backups if someone gets sick or cannot make a scheduled session?
A. Generally yes. It is rare that we book all photographers separately on a single day.
Q. Are you willing to travel?
A. Yes, for paid shoots. Within Southern Alberta (basically from Crowsnest Pass to Medicine Hat, and Waterton to Calgary) within that general space we will travel free of cost.
Q. What do you charge for travel?
A. If working outside the Southern Alberta area outlined above, we charge travel related expenses as incurred plus a $75 per diem for food.
Q. How soon after my shoot can I get a copy of my pictures?
A. We guarantee you'll get a digital copy of your pictures within 1 week, otherwise the shoot is free. In terms of printed products, the timelines vary based on the products you've selected and how busy our printers are.
